 Objectives of the course:

This  3 day active workshop session presents practical guidance on ” Benefit and Value Management” method, how structured methodologies can meet that need by explaining the Benefits & Value Management principles, models and the processes. Participants learn how to best use the various tools with their own customer facing case studies and through group exercises etc.

Focusing on the core process and method, the 3 day course is aimed to provide the awareness and initial skill set required to manage a Benefits & Value Management framework. The main tools and approaches used during this course are the RWCS benefits framework approach; which provides a structured model for identifying expected results as well as the activities and inputs needed to accomplish them. It introduces the causal value monitoring models and their implementation.

The course provides tools to analyse problems and stakeholders, define objectives and determine activities based on business stakeholder needs. Delegates will also be guided on how to use and adopt, capture and review processes together with best practice resources.
